As CEO of Duson & Co., Coach Chi is highly motivated with a passion for building people and solving complex business challenges through innovation and commitment to service excellence.

With a Master's degree in Business Administration, she started her career as a US Marine, An International Program Analyst for the Secretary of Defense, going on to serve in more progressively responsible roles, including A Homeland Security Task Force Project Manager, National Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, Vice President, HR Director, Training & Personnel Development Manager before establishing Duson & Co.

Chinaza was honored as Top 40 under 40 in her the transportation security industry, and was spot lighted in the top 5 of female income earners worldwide in the Direct Sales Industry in 2015. She has trained thousands and now maintains an overall responsibility for the management and day to day operation of Duson & Co., encompassing all aspects of financial management, contracts administration, project management, human resources, contract and construction management and customer care.
